Onyx Fire Ltd was established in 2021 under the leadership of Director Marvin Williams, who possesses nearly two decades of invaluable industry experience and has contributed to numerous prominent projects nationwide. Mr Williams' unrivalled expertise and comprehensive understanding of passive fire protection and fire protection services are evident in our impressive roster of repeat clientele. Our commitment to quality is demonstrated by our rigorous adherence to industry standards and the involvement of third-party assessors who conduct in-house Quality Assurance checks following passive installations. Furthermore, our dedicated Onyx site team members maintain CSCS health and safety cards and possess a minimum NVQ level 2 qualification, while our supervisors and project managers hold safety qualifications such as SSSTS/SMSTS. Recognising the importance of operating in delicate environments like hospitals, schools, and care homes, we prioritise keeping site staff well-informed and ensuring minimal disruption in terms of noise and mess. Manufacturers details are logged to ensure the correct application is completed for each defect scenario. Anything outside of standard details will be flagged and issued to the manufacture for further guidance to be resolved.
